Once a company verification is in progress or has been submitted, the Helium ID Dashboard is the main place to inspect the full record.

Open a company verification in the dashboard

  1. Log in to the Helium ID Dashboard
  2. Open Verifications
  3. Switch to the company-verifications view
  4. Search using the company name, vendorData, or company verification ID
  5. Open the record you want to inspect

What you can review

The company verification detail view can include:
  • current verification status
  • company profile information
  • representative and authorising-person details
  • uploaded company documents
  • AI-assisted extracted company data
  • ownership and beneficial-owner information
  • additional compliance information
  • the redirect URL and webhook URL stored on the verification
  • campaign metadata when a verification was created from a company-verification campaign

Reviewing webhook payloads

You can also review exactly what Helium ID attempted to send to your webhook endpoints.
  1. Open Events in the dashboard
  2. Find the relevant company_verification.* event
  3. Open the event details to inspect the payload
  4. Switch to the Webhooks view if you want to inspect delivery attempts and retry behavior
This is especially useful when:
  • you want to confirm that your integration received the expected status
  • you need to debug webhook delivery failures
  • you are testing a sandbox or test-key integration

Review permissions for live and test company verifications

  • Live company verifications: Helium ID handles the final review and terminal decision internally.
  • Test company verifications: workspace admins can move the verification into review states and terminal outcomes to test the full integration loop.
If you are testing, make sure you use a test API key so your dashboard controls and webhook expectations match the environment you are validating.
